Barbara Cassaday • Executive Director  Works with the Board of Directors on organizational issues and manages the daily operations of the Home Office. Has 20 years of financial, record keeping, contract negotiation and personnel experience. Joined PTG in 2000 as the Financial Manager and became Executive Director in February, 2002. Barbara likes working for PTG because of the hard working, honest, and personable people. Bonus fact: She raced go-karts, midgets, and sprint cars competitively as a youth

Sandy Roady • Membership/ Convention Manager
 Annual convention coordinator. Also manages membership records. Works with several committees in meeting their goals. Experienced in association management, publications, sales, customer service, database management, and desktop publishing. First joined PTG in 1987. Sandy likes working for PTG because of the friendships she has made and the family feeling of the organization. Bonus facts: She also goes by "Sam" - a family nickname and is a diehard NASCAR fan. |

Kathy Maxwell • Development Manager  Works with membership recruitment and leadership development. Manages merchandise sales and new product development. Assists with website design and management. Works with several committees in meeting their goals. Originally trained as an educator, has more than 14 years experience in nonprofit management, continuing education programs, and educational marketing. Joined PTG in 2000. Kathy likes working for PTG because of the interesting people and wide variety of projects. Bonus fact: She is a piano player. |

Jason Hensley • Finance/Admin. Manager  Manages PTG financial records, billing, and payables. Monitors revenue and expenditures. Helps members with questions regarding invoices, dues payments, expense reports, merchandise, etc. Has a masters degree in accounting with experience in health care and hotel/restaurant management. Jason is a multi-tasker who can help PTG with long term financial planning. He joined PTG in 2002. Jason likes working for PTG because he has the flexibility to help in other member service areas. Bonus fact: He spends as much time as he can with his young son. |

Shawn Bruce • Marketing Manager  Works with advertisers in placing and designing ads in the Piano Technicians Journal and other PTG publications. Sets up external advertising and promotional efforts for PTG. Responsible for annual convention trade show and PTG booth at NAMM. Trained as a journalist, Shawn is a former newspaper reporter/editor and public relations specialist. Shawn joined PTG in 2001.Shawn enjoys being a part of the musical world through his PTG contacts and likes working with the PTG Home Office staff. Bonus fact: He plays several musical instruments and is part of a bluegrass band. |

Clint Sears • Communications Manager 
Does layout and design for the monthly Piano Technicians Journal. Also responsible for the annual member directory and other PTG publications. Clint joined PTG in 2007 after spending 7 years in corporate management and his goal is to use his graphic, web design and photography talents to create publications members can continue to be proud of. Bonus fact: Clint is currently renovating a 100-year-old home with his wife and three dogs, and built an outdoor movie theater in his backyard tiki bar. |
